OL: I Must Go Back

results of sorting week #01:
The votes from the prior week were counted here by volunteers. Please check for your name on the Activity Logs and make sure that there has not been an error in reporting your sorting tally. In terms of the sorting tally, we only needed to know if you have reached the quota and whether of not you had gone on to sort all the applications in that Sorting Week. If you find that your sorting votes had been reported incorrectly, leave a comment on your respective activity log with links to all your sorting votes and I will make the necessary corrections. Thank you.

sorting week #01:
Sorting Elite (sorting_elite) is the sorting community of Hogwarts Elite (hogwarts_elite). Each week applications will be posted in the community for the members to sort into one of the four houses or squib. The number of applications posted each week depends on the number received. However, each member of the community is required to sort 4 applications each Sorting Week. If less than 4 applications are posted in a week, then the sorting quota will be reduced to the number that we have (so if there are 3 applications, the quota will be 3).

percentage scale for sorting elite:
Points are awarded for sorting based on the percent of a house that completes their quota. You can see the specific percent breakdowns below in the gray box labeled "possible points". In weeks were the are 6 or more applications, an additional bonus of 20 points will be awarded to members of the community who sort all the applications during the Sorting Week.

being labelled inactive:
The term "inactive" will apply to members of the community who do not reach the sorting quota during two consecutive weeks, and newly sorted members who don't reach their quota in the week following their official sorting. Inactive members of the community do not count towards the sorting percentage. For an inactive member to regain active status, they need to sort 4 applications (or less depending on the number that week) and submit the links of their votes to the official member registry. Make sure you have sorted by the time listed at the bottom of this post in order to guarantee you won't miss out.

Below you will find the amount of points each member who posted in Diagon Elite has received for their efforts. The original works have been graded by the Diagon Workers, and the scores they each gave you have been averaged together. After averaging the scores of the original works, variation, delivery and theme points are then added in. Asking workers how they graded your work is not allowed, so please refrain from doing so. Thank you!
